Support XML pseudo classes

Description: Suppose we have an XML document
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<gear>
<cores>
<core:quantumSystem>full</core:quantumSystem>
</cores>
</gear>
When I query for "core core:quantumSystem", I should be able to get one element.
