Looking for child nodes stops stepping into the next level in some conditions

Affected Version: Yotsuba 3.0 / Kotoba 2.0
Description: Suppose with the pointer at somewhere in the DOM tree and the current selector is flagged to look for children of the current pointer. If the current pointer does not have children as specified, it should keep traversing while using the same selector.
Reproductive Steps: Create the condition as specified above.
